Retro Bowling Party

My first born turned eight this year! We decided on a bowling party for him and a handful of his friends. I think the retro theme is the cutest route to take for a bowling party =)

We started off the celebration at home and then drove to the Cinebistro bowling alley together to finish up the festivities. We had a ball! (Get it? Ball... teehee)

Sometimes simple things are better than foo foo things. The boys loved the miniature sandwiches and I loved how easy it was to make them!

I thought Raziel's "Crazy Eights" had a nice ring to it, plus it sounded like it went with the retro theme =)

Kingston's Despicable Three Birthday Party

Well it looks like I'll be going on a posting frenzy these next few days... I have been behind for long enough. It's time to buckle down and commit!

My sweet little chunks turned 3 in APRIL, yes April, and I'm just now posting the pictures from his birthday party. It was SO cute! Minions everywhere =D

The kids watched Despicable Me 2, made root beer/coke floats, broke a minion piñata and played "pin the goggles on the minion"! It was a huge hit, the months of agonizing over the smallest details were so worth it...

My Husband's 30th Birthday Photo Shoot

Shame on me, I know... I intend to get better at this blog thing, I promise!

Well a lot has happened since my last post, as you might imagine...

My honey cakes turned THIRTY! The big 3-0. The party came out lovely and the photo shoot came out even lovelier!

My husband is such a goofy, fun loving guy =) He made the photo session 100 times more fun with his antics. We were trying so hard to keep a straight face during the shoot and save our bursts of laughter for in between shots, that I'm afraid we look mad in some of them! -_______-
